Which events do we cater?
- Holiday events
- Birthdays
- Family gatherings
- Wedding receptions
- School events
- Business events
That’s the list we work from. If your event doesn’t fit one of those six, describe it anyway.
What’s on the menu?
We haven’t put a menu on this site, and we’d rather not guess at one here. Menus, portions and prices are settled on the call, for your event and your headcount. Have these ready when you call:
- The date, and when the food needs to be out
- How many guests
- The venue, and whether it has a kitchen
- How you want it served
- Allergies and dietary needs
- A budget, if you have one
If it’s a surprise party, say so, and tell us who to talk to besides the guest of honor.
One call for the food and the rest of the day
The same business that cooks for your event also hauls, cleans and takes things down. Our September 30 job was helping a customer take a stage down. If your reception or school event needs things carried in, set up or hauled out afterward, ask about it along with the food: hauling, assembly and cleaning are all ours. A hall that needs cleaning once the guests leave is no different from the offices on our cleaning list.
Some examples of what that looks like: tables carried out of a school storage room and back again afterward, or a backyard cleared of junk the week before a family reunion so there’s somewhere to put the chairs.
Where do we cater?
Our home base is Lewisburg, in Marshall County. The towns on our list run from Cornersville, 11 minutes down the road, to La Vergne, about 76 minutes north. Food travels worse than furniture, so tell us the venue address early. A reception in Chapel Hill and a business lunch in Shelbyville are different trips. For anything outdoors, tell us whether there’s power and shade near the spot where the food will be set out.
Why are there no food photos here?
Because we don’t have catering photos of our own to show yet, and we won’t borrow someone else’s plates to fill the space. The job photos on our other service pages are ours: trucks, trailers, emptied rooms, a pool coming out. When we have our own catering pictures, they’ll go on this page. Until then, ask us on the call what we’ve cooked recently and for what kind of event.
How far ahead should you call?
As soon as you have a date and a rough headcount. We don’t publish a booking cutoff, so the call is where you find out whether your date is open. If the guest count is still moving, give us your best guess and the day it will be final; a number that’s off by ten changes how much food goes on the truck. Call or text (931) 675-2475, email allinonehelpllc@gmail.com, or send the form. The quote is free.

Catering: what people ask
What kinds of events do you cater?
Holiday events, birthdays, family gatherings, wedding receptions, school events and business events make up our catering list. If your event isn’t one of those six, describe it when you call or text (931) 675-2475, and we’ll tell you whether it’s something we can take on.
How much does catering cost per person?
We don’t post per-person prices. The quote depends on your menu, your headcount and how the food is served, and it’s free. Have a guest count, a date and the venue ready, then call or text (931) 675-2475 or send the form on this page.
Do you cater wedding receptions?
Yes, wedding receptions are on our catering list. Tell us the date, the venue, the guest count and whether the venue has a kitchen. A reception room also has to be set up and cleared, and since we haul and clean too, ask whether that can go on the same booking.
Can you cater a school or business event?
Yes, school events and business events are both on our list. Give us the number of people, the time the food needs to be out, and anything about the site we should know, like a side entrance or a building that locks at 5. Send allergies ahead of time.
