Cleaning move-out, move-in, after the builders
We clean houses, apartments and businesses, and we clean up after builders: dust off the floors, grime out of the showers, toilets done before anyone moves in.

What did the Dickson post-construction clean involve?
On October 13 we cleaned a newly built house in Dickson. The kitchen had a new hardwood floor, and we ran a floor scrubber over it. In the bathrooms it was the toilets, a freestanding tub and a tiled shower floor, all carrying the dust a build leaves on everything. Earlier in October we did the same kind of job in Brentwood, taking a dusty, debris-filled space to move-in ready.
Builders and remodelers are who book this kind of clean. If the site still has a drywall pile or scrap in the garage, we can haul it off before we start; it goes on the same trailer we use for demolition debris.
Which cleaning jobs do we take?
- Residential cleaning
- Move-out, move-in and final cleaning
- Apartments
- Commercial, business and office cleaning
- Banks
- Post-construction cleaning
Small jobs count. In October we posted a before-and-after of one toilet in Lewisburg. Weather doesn’t stop it either: our May 24 post put it as “Rain or shine, the cleanup gets done.”
Moving out of a rental?
Book the clean with your move, and one call covers carrying the furniture out and cleaning the empty rooms behind it. Landlords turning over a unit can run it the other way: a cleanout of whatever the last tenant left, then the cleaning. Tenants: take photos of every room once we’re done, before you hand back the keys. For a recurring house cleaning schedule, ask on the call; we haven’t posted one.
Offices, banks and apartments
The business side of our cleaning list covers commercial spaces, offices, banks and apartments. A bank is a different job from a living room: there are areas staff keep locked, and the work has to fit around the hours the doors are open. Tell us who lets us in, which rooms we skip, and when the place is empty. For an apartment between tenants, the property manager usually just needs the unit ready to show, so say when the next showing or move-in is and we’ll work back from that date.
What does a final clean cover?
A final clean is the last pass before a house changes hands: after the movers, before the keys go back or the new owners walk in. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and the inside of cabinets and closets that nobody could reach while they were full. Baseboards and light fixtures collect dust that only shows once the furniture is gone. A final clean pairs naturally with a move-out, and with the last stage of a build. If you’re selling, schedule it after the last box leaves and before the final walk-through.
Getting a cleaning quote
Call or text (931) 675-2475 with the address, the size of the place, and which kind of clean it is. On a new build, tell us whether the power and water are on yet. If there’s a deadline, such as a closing, the end of a lease or a listing photo shoot, give us the date. The quote is free. We’re based in Lewisburg, and Franklin is about 49 minutes north.

Cleaning: what people ask
What does post-construction cleaning include?
Getting the builder’s dust and residue off the floors, bathrooms and kitchen. On our October 13 job in Dickson that meant a floor scrubber on the hardwood kitchen floor, the toilets, a freestanding tub and a tiled shower floor. Tell us the square footage and whether the construction debris is already gone.
How much does move-out cleaning cost?
We quote move-out cleaning free once we know the size and condition: bedrooms, bathrooms, whether the appliances need doing, and whether the place is already empty. Call or text (931) 675-2475. Booking the clean together with your move puts both jobs on one call.
Do you clean offices and banks?
Yes. Office, business and bank cleaning are on our commercial list, along with apartments. Tell us the square footage, how many restrooms there are, and the hours we can be inside. In a bank, name the staff member who will let us in and the rooms we stay out of.
Do you offer regular house cleaning?
Residential cleaning is on our list, alongside move-in, move-out and final cleans. For a weekly or every-other-week schedule, call or text (931) 675-2475 and ask; we haven’t posted a recurring plan, so we’ll tell you honestly what we can keep up with.
Can you haul the junk and do the cleaning too?
Yes. That’s what One Call Handles It All means: we load, haul and clean up. A cleanout followed by a cleaning of the empty rooms, or a post-construction clean that starts with hauling off the scrap pile, can be quoted together on a single call.
Do you do move-in cleaning for apartments?
Yes. Move-in cleaning and apartment cleaning are both on our list. Doing it before the boxes arrive is easiest: bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets and floors, with nothing in the way. If you’re moving with us too, the clean can go on the same booking as the truck.
